Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an incredibly famous American singer and actor. She is an Michigan native born and fostered by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell (a TV news director). Kristen is Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen developed a talent to perform on an early age on stage. When she was in 1992, the actress attended her first audition and won a role in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell was appointed by her mom as an agent when she was only thirteen years old. Bell was later chosen for the newspaper advertisements and TV commercials. She also started taking private acting classes around that time. Bell was on the screen in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 as an uncredited actor. Bell participated in the drama and music club at Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz was staged by her high school, and she was awarded the part as Dorothy. After graduating, Bell made the move into New York City to attend prestigious Tisch School of the Arts in which she learned about musical theatre. Bell dropped out of school in 2001 and began playing the character of Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. In 2001, it was also that Bell's first appearance in a film that was credited to her, Pootie Tang (2002). The scene she appeared in has been cut out and the credits are all that show her. Bell was in the film with Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson and in the Broadway production of The Crucible in 2002.
